1985 Murder mystery

Making her second appearance as
Miss Marple, Helen Hayes brought
down the curtain on a 75-year screen
career by deducing which of the gallery
of eccentrics, gathered at a rambling
English mansion, intends bumping off
John Mills's beloved wife, Bette Davis.
Although not one of Christie's best
mysteries, it's certainly one of the
busiest with countless characters to
keep track of and a rather contrived
conclusion.
