1999. 80-page book, limited edition of 5,000 , the follow-up to Trophies, featuring the lyrics of David Sylvian, incl. the Rain Tree Crow lyrics, Tallow Moon, Victim Of Stars, Heartbeat, The First Day and the lyrics of the same-titled album, the Slowfire poem, How Safe Is Deep? [titled Shadowland] up to Dead Bees On A Cake.

Extra new poems included together with Discord, Salvation. Picture sleeve with tracing paper inner.

TROPHIES

Which is the best of the 3 Trophies books released at various stages of Sylvian's career? I would say this one purely for the beautiful and subtle design. I grant you the Russell Mills' Trophies I cover is by far the best of the trio but then that cover is one of the best of any release on any format. So beautiful - an awe-inspiring work of art. But the jewels of design within Trophies II are like finding little pieces of treasure on a faraway beach.

But that's just my take on it - you may well have a completely different opinion.

CONDITION: while the inside of the last few books I have are mint the covers of these have wear and tear in places. the inner tracing paper also has wear. this is reflected in the lower price.

JUNE 2011: only 4 left in stock. long since deleted title.
