Flavia Irwin lives and works in Kent. She studied at Chelsea School of Art and at the Ruskin School of Art, Oxford.
She was elected RA in 1996.
Her work is in major public collections like the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool and Carlisle City Art Gallery.
Her solo exhibitions include shows at the Curwen Gallery, London. She has regularly shown at the Royal Academy's Summer Exhibition.
