1965-1968: Constructed a series of untitled, three-dimensional objects representing basic physical concepts such as energy and power.
After 1969 focused on more abstract concepts such as infinity and invisibility.
1972 and 1982 participation in documenta 5 and 7 in Kasel.
From 1974 installations involving projected images, drawings or granite rocks, as in particolare, a work requiring 20 slide projectors, Anselmo could be said to stand somewhere between Italian Arte Povera and Concept Art.
1992: Received special honours at the Venice Biennale.
