Astley collaborated with French film maker Jean Paul Goude as the Dream Makers to record La Chanson d'Helene (or Helen's Song).

friends after the break-up of the Ravishing Beauties. Towards the
end of Kate's involvement in the Dream Academy, Virginia and Kate began
working on a series of demos recorded in Kate's flat. Now The Night Comes Stealing In was the
result of one of those sessions - a song that both Kate and Virginia sing on along with piano by Virginia.
