Beautiful cat painting. To me this has a 'naive' feel to it though I'm sure others will disagree. But I'm sure you'll agree it's a beautiful picture. Ethereal, the cat is centre of attention, far bigger than the countryside around him/her. It is signed lower right J. HENSSER.
Not sure of the date but I would say at least from the 1950s if not earlier. Frame I think is original and has wear which can be seen on the various scans. Painting itself is in great condition; right side has ripple which must be the surface of the board. This can be seen in the various scans.
