Paul Newman
I can’t believe I have such a wonderful opportunity as this. We hurt over the loss of PL, as we have read as nickname. He leaves a difficult challenge for the rest of us when it comes to meeting the needs of so many.
Paul Newman was with us through our toughest times. He gave us someone to want to be like. Dysfunction had its drawbacks throughout our lives and on screen, Paul Newman handled dysfunction with flair and a lot of guts and with a soft side in him that comes alive when he sings with the banjo on Cool Hand Luke.
We would have loved to have known Paul and Joanne personally and maybe even have taken part of the duties of any one of his summer camps, all over the world. Children with leukemia and HIV getting attention from staff members willing to do what it takes to improve their lives? That alone, leaves a legacy that is awesome. We love you Paul and Joanne.

To the family of Paul Newman
My name is Evelyn Garcia. I am from Austin, Texas. I first loved Paul Newman when I saw him in my two most favorite movies: Cool Hand Luke & Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. I secondly loved him when I saw what a beautiful marriage he and Joanne Woodward had. It was so encouraging after always seeing divorce and bad relationships about all of the stars. It was so awesome to see their marriage was strong and how rare and absolutely unique to see a hollywood couple live to see a Golden (50yr) Anniversary. When I learned of the food products he put out and was giving the money to charity, I started buying his products and I will continue as long as those products are available. My deepest regards and prayers go to Joanne Woodward and their family. May the Lord Bless you all and give you peace at heart. I will sorely miss him.

Paul Newman.
Some gently walk into a room
And light the air without a sound.
They glisten in their loving glow
And fill your soul with heartful bound.
Then fade into the night as fast,
To leave an emptiness inside,
Just as Paul did,but memories last
So leaves his love still to abide.
With charm and grace and beauty, too
So naturally his talents ran.
I envy those who held him close
What richness just to love this man.

Paul Newman
There are so many quotable lines from his movies that I’ll continue to play over and over in my mind.
Please consider this a very heartfelt goodbye to a true humanitarian and friend to all. He put his money where his heart was. Rest well Mr. Newman. You have more than done your part for others.
