The gorgeous and irreplaceable Diana Dors stars as Queenie Shepherd in one of Yorkshire Television’s best-loved sit-coms of the 1970s! Blunt talking and light ale swigging, Queenie is the rough and ready ruler of her castle – in her case a council tower block where she lives with her three distinctly dodgy sons. The only threat to her rule comes from her neighbour and arch enemy Mrs Petty (Lynne Perrie – Coronation Street’s Ivy Tilsley) who uses the full might of the Residents’ Association to try and topple Queenie from her throne! 6 episodes.
