Replaced Kate Jackson on Charlie's Angels (1976) but lasted only season (1979-80).

A professional model since she was 16, she was Charlie's perfume girl in TV commercials in the 1970s. That led to bit parts in TV shows and movies.
The 5ft 7 Hack made her film bow in Woody Allen's Annie Hall (1977). Her big break came in 1979, when she replaced Kate Jackson on the long-running TV show Charlie's Angels. Shelley played Tiffany Welles for a single season. The public did not take to her and she was replaced by Tanya Roberts.
She co-starred in the TV weeklies Cutter to Houston (1983) and Jack and Mike (1986-87), and delivered an excellent performance in Martin Scorcese's brilliant film King of Comedy (1982).
Since then she has followed the made for TV film roles though her last was in 1996's Frequent Flyer.
