    Here we have a superb and well executed 19th Century English Primitive School oil of a lady and her favourite dog enjoying the summer sunshine. A charming period oil painting that has been professionally cleaned and re-lined at some point in the past few years. The paint surface has extensive craqueleur associated with age and some thin paint in places. Housed in original maple frame (somewhat distressed in places).
