This is such a beautifully packaged boxset - the outer boxset is huge and the cover so beautiful that it seems somehow wrong to actually open the sealed box and deface it! Universal really should be congratulated on the love and care they have put into the presentation - they have far surpassed anything else by any other actor that is currently on the market, even the huge Laurel & Hardy boxset released a couple of years back. When I saw it for the first time it just took my breath away. 5 stars out of 5 for the artwork.
All the films included are listed below. While all fans I know are in complete agreement over the beauty of the boxset some have bemoaned the films actually missing. It is undeniable that there are gaps but by the same token alot of these movies are unavailable elsewhere. OK, not all are classics but come on: anything with Cary Grant in it is a class apart from anything else on the market. Moreover, the boxset is sprinkled with classics such as Bringing Up Baby and Suspicion.
If you are new to his work then this is the perfect introduction; if you are a fan and want to see little gems that have been hard to find then this is the perfect partner; and if you want it all wrapped up in jaw-droppingly beautiful artwork then I can't recommend it highly enough. 21 movies on 18 discs.

The only grumble (and it's a very small grumble) is the lack of extras but because the packaging is so good I can forgive them for that.
