The Mouse That Roared: The Duchy of Gtrand Fenwick (Peter Sellers) decides that the only way to get out of their economic woes is to declare war on the United States, lose and accept foreign aid. The next he is picked up in a park by Sir Guy Grand (Peter Sellers) - the richest man in the world - and is being taught the "family business". The adventures that Sir Grand and Youngman embark on using their endless amount of wealth in this cheerful comedy will make you wonder if money really can buy happiness in this zany British comedy.
